There are two types of fee:
1. Design & Approval – If you are getting the house design from Bahria Design Studio
2. Approval – If you are getting the house designed by an architect of your choice. In this case, you still have to pay Bahria for approval.
Attached is a document that contains all of the information regarding the design charges. The document was received from Bahria Town Lahore, I think Bahria town Islamabad should have similar charges.
